TL;DRTradeum is our own product. It takes every Shopify order of a Slovak online store through shipping labels, KROS invoices, and fulfillment in one workflow, so nobody retypes an order into three systems.
Tradeum handles shipping and invoicing for Shopify stores in Slovakia. It creates Packeta and Slovak Post labels, issues invoices in KROS, and writes tracking numbers and fulfillment back to Shopify.

The challenge
A typical Slovak Shopify store ships with Packeta or Slovak Post and invoices in KROS. These systems don't talk to each other, so someone copies every order by hand: into the carrier portal for a label, into KROS for an invoice, and back into Shopify with a tracking number. It is slow, and mistakes only surface when a customer complains.
The solution
We built Tradeum around the order. It imports orders from Shopify, helps the team pick and pack, creates shipments and printable labels for Packeta and Slovak Post, issues KROS invoices for a whole batch at once, emails each invoice in the store's name, and writes fulfillment and tracking back to Shopify. Every order keeps its own timeline, and a blocked step says why before anything is sent. A Shopify app lets shoppers pick a Packeta pickup point at checkout.
