How is this different from a freelancer?
Freelancers vanish. Our engineers are full-time Magusoft employees with backfill, continuity, and quality oversight from the team behind them. If someone gets sick or leaves, we cover the role without breaking your sprint.
What is the minimum engagement length?
Three months is the typical minimum. Most engagements run 6–18 months. After the first three months, you can scale up or down on a monthly basis.
Can engineers work in our timezone?
Yes. Slovakia is in CET, which overlaps fully with the UK, EU, and most of the US East Coast working day. Standups, code reviews, and pairing all happen in real time.
What does a dedicated engineer cost?
Senior full-stack engineers are billed monthly at a rate that lands well below European in-house total cost. We share a quote per role after the matching call.
Who manages the engineers day-to-day?
